The annual Advanced Technic Contest (ATC) has become familiar with the technicians at Marubeni Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd (MHE). With the purpose of encouraging continuous studies, improving workmanship untiringly and creating a stage for technicians from branches in Hanoi, Quang Ninh, Bien Hoa and Da Nang, leadership of MHE decided to hold the ATC 2018. In this competition, technicians have the chance to meet, exchange experiences and learn from each other. They are all aiming for the highest level of customer satisfaction, following previous successes.

In the first round, all the technicians from the Service Department of the company did the theory test at their branches. Eight excellent contestants with the highest scores were selected for the final round taking place at the Headquarter (Lot 7, Quang Minh Industrial Park, Me Linh District, Hanoi) on August 10^th, 2018.

Three service technicians for construction equipments from Hanoi, Quang Ninh and Da Nang competed in inspecting and troubleshooting for the hydraulic excavator PC200-8. The judge supervising and evaluating the contestants’ performances in this round is

Two service technicians for forklifts from Hanoi and Bien Hoa competed in inspecting and troubleshooting for the diesel forklift FD25T-17 and the electric forklift FB15-12. The judge supervising and evaluating the contestants’ performances in this round is

Mr. Tran Trong Loi from the Training Department of MHE.

Three product support sale representatives (PSSR) from Hanoi, Quang Ninh and Bien Hoa competed in two categories: Examining the working condition of the hydraulic excavator PC200-8; and presenting customer consulting for the authentic accessories supply service, as well as the professional repair service from MHE.

After a day of intense, but also fascinating, competition, with the active participation of technicians, excellent contestants have been selected for the prizes.

In the afternoon, all the contestants were excited to attend the awards ceremony. At the ceremony, the contestants exchanged useful knowledge, as well as expressed their thoughts about the precious experiences they obtained from participating in the contest this year. A contestants said: “This year contest has been very successful and is highly appreciated by the contestants.”
