A. Job description
- To support services of construction machines
- To input daily record of Technician into eXtend system
- To record and send service report to MHE HQ service
- To prepare revenue quotation, follow order, parts status
- To assist on preparing contract, dispatch, credit and payment request, to follow the payment situation with accounting dept
- To call for customer to check the repairing evaluation
- To make the incentive payment request for technician
- To unitize internal support software
- To create quotation on system, send quotation to technician and customer
- To prepare and send related documents to accounting department to issue
- To send and monitor claims for guarantee orders
- To check commodity status on system to make quotation and purchase
- To file documents of repairing, maintenance, rental vehicles, assessment sheets, machine information
- To file documents of part sale
- To open work order and input technician data
- To monitor status of machines within guarantee period
- To update into excel sheets information on machines to be delivered, maintained in terms of series category. To send machine information to service technicians to update guarantee status..
- To update maintenance times to related department to monitor guarantee status.
- To support satellite office
- To check the payment request of staff in satellite office before sending it to accounting dept
- To be the coordinator between satellite office and the company
- To support PSSR parts sale activities
- To make quotation and send to customer with pricing and lead time information
- To creat sale order, place order and delivery procedure. Prepare PTO for parts delivery in other depots
- To send the order request to parts dept, and follow the parts availability for warranty machines
- To inform the accounting dept to issue invoice and send the invoice to customer. To follow the debt
- To prepare parts return process
- To Support PSSR to get information about quotation: parts availability at MHE, KPAC, KLTD, KEISA, KAC and others related information
- To prepare sale contract, letter, get signature and send to customer
- To prepare CO, CQ and send to customer
- To make and check the working hours and payment request of technician
- To make monthly report (number of visits, maintenance, repairing, claiming, and new machines hand over...) and a report of customer evaluation
- To fully join all training activities and other activities of the Company
- To finish all related jobs appointed by Direct supervisor
B. job requipment
- Education: Bachelor degree, computer proficiency, be careful, hardworking and enthusiastic at work
- Experience:at least 1-2 year-experience in relating works
- Skills: good communication skills, negotiation skills, and proficient computer skills
- Languages: Good English communication
- Ability: be able to work under high pressure with high sense of responsibility, careful and enthusiastic
